Thanks to the continuous updating of our fleet of machines and the use of CAD-CAM software, we can manage highly complex machining operations.

Cutting

We carry out cutting operations of solid, profiled, and tubular materials, including metals with very high resistance, with a maximum diameter of 400 mm, guaranteeing their customization according to the customer's needs.

Machines used: BTM Heavy 420, BIANCO MOD40

Tornitura

We offer a wide range of highly specialized and highly productive turning processes to respond to all complex turnery operations, with machinery equipped with high-pressure lubrication.

Machines used: Mori Seiki SL25B, SL303B-MC, NZX2500

Milling

We perform complex milling operations to produce any mechanical component with a high degree of precision, using a fleet of machines with horizontal and vertical milling centers.

Machines used: Mori Seiki SL25B, SV50, Okuma Genos M560, DMG Mori DMF 260

5-axis machining

Thanks to DCG technology, the Box-in-Box recessed structure, flat pallet, and thermal expansion, we perform complex 5-axis milling and turning the highest precision operations.

Machines used: Mori Seiki NT4300, MT 3000

Assembling

We take care of the product's entire production cycle, from the procurement phase of materials and components, to the assembly phase and testing of equipment and assembled groups.
